Abstract submissions, in response to the first call for the 2018 HELTASA conference: Dancing on the Learning and Teaching Waves of Change in Africa, at Nelson Mandela University are drawing to a close. We would like to encourage everyone who is creatively and innovatively navigating the waves of change in the Higher Education teaching and learning context, who haven’t done so already, to submit an abstract for review.
The conference includes oral papers, flipped papers, practitioner’s presentations, critical dialogues, digital poster presentations and pre-conference workshops. However, in keeping with the theme, we also encourage alternative and creative presentations that are suited to topic.
The abstract submission process is outlined below:
- Download the Abstract Submission Form
- This form includes a template for the abstract layout, which includes all pertinent details, which should accompany all abstracts.
- Please submit the Abstract Submission Form in MS Word format to conference@sereni-t.co.za, with the subject Abstract_heltasa2018.
Only abstracts e-mailed to the aforementioned address will be accepted. A response confirming the submission will be sent within 48 hours. However, should you not receive a timeous response please resubmit the abstract following the aforementioned process.
