The Siyaphumelela First-Year Experience (FYE) Workstream will be hosting its annual Webinar Series. This year, the focus is on the FYE Initiatives/ Programmes offered at the participating Siyaphumelela Project Institutions and the sharing of examples of good practice. FYE Initiatives/ Programmes are an important vehicle for student transition, success, and experience. The purpose of this second HELTASA/NUTA webinar for 2023 is to present the opportunity for potential participants or representatives of respective institutions to engage in discussions on portfolio development for the NUTA 2024. The webinar will also focus on imperatives and sharing practices on portfolio development.

The HELTASA Digital Learning and Teaching Project Team will be hosting the second digital dialogue of 2023 on Wednesday 24th May 12:00 – 13:30. We would like to continue our conversation started during the first dialogue on how to respond to AI in higher education. This time we would like to focus on how institutions are responding or planning to respond.
