Save the date! The ICED22 Conference will take place in Aarhus, Denmark between 31 May 2022 and 3 June 2022. This hybrid conference is organised by International Consortium for Educational Development and the Danish Network for Educational Development in Higher Education, and will address the role and responsibility of educational developers in coping with the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The theme for the event is ‘Sustainable Educational Development’.
Apart from being one of the SDGs in its own right, education plays a critical role in ensuring that all of these global goals are reached. Educational developers in the higher education sector have a particular responsibility to educate researchers, professionals, experts etc., to increase our understanding of challenges to the achievement of these goals, and propose solutions to propel them forward.
The organising committee looks forward to welcoming you on site, in Aarhus, and online. The conference will undoubtedly be inspiring and a worthwhile opportunity to deliberate on the critical part played by educational developers in bringing about sustainable development.
Registration for the conference opens in September this year but we would like you to keep the following dates in mind:
